On 17-19 May, in Dubai (UAE) the Exhibition and Conference Cards Middle East 2010 was held. During the event, the trends of the expansion of payment card industry in the governmental, telecommunications, transport, retail trade and other sectors.
The event that was being organised since 1999 is the gathering place for the representatives of the major Middle East banks, and the companies supplying international payment systems and IT solutions. The Lithuanian company Ashburn International that introduces payment cards and loyalty systems solutions and belongs to the group of companies Penki Kontinentai also participated of the exhibition. In Dubai, the company introduced the universal software solution PAYLO.
“The system PAYLO is a tool intended to plan loyalty programmes, assess their implementation efficiency, analyse the pay-off of the sales and manage user’s data," said Darius Simanavičius, Director of Commerce for Ashburn International.
According to Mr. Simanavičius, participating in Cards Middle East allowed to expand the Ashburn International market not only into Saudi Arabia, but also to other states of the Middle East and to export company’s services there.
Over 70 participants and 60 speakers from the Middle East and European countries introduced their products in the Exhibition Cards Middle East 2010.
