On 25-27 May, 2010, in Kazakhstan, Almaty, the annual exhibition of telecommunication, computer and information technologies Kitel will be held.

The event is organised for the seventeenth time and is considered to be the largest and most prestigious event of telecommunication and IT in the Central Asia. In the seminars, round table discussions and conferences of the exhibition, the specialists of various countries share their professional experience.

The Lithuanian company BS/2 that created software and hardware solutions for financial and retail trade institutions will participate in the BankTech sector of the exhibition intended for bank technology equipment and services.

In Almaty the company will introduce its multifunctional .iQ family products, which help to optimise and automate the transactions.

“The banks are often dubious about integrating new solutions, because they believe that after the old hardware is replaced and additional hardware of another manufacturer is introduced, they would have to purchase new and expensive software. Actually, all .iQ family products can be integrated into the equipment of any supplier and therefore, they are not only reliable, but also economical,” said Ignė Tumaitė, Marketing Manager for BS/2.

According to the representative of the Lithuanian company, the visitors of the exhibition will be able to see it for themselves by visiting the BS/2 stand, where the company will introduce the ATMs of various manufacturers with installed .iQ solutions.

At the BS/2 stand, one will be able to familiarize with such services provided by the company as outsourcing of the financial and retail sector, maintenance and care of the hardware and software, system integration, etc. Moreover, the universal programme solution PAYLO of the Lithuanian company Ashburn International that introduces payment cards and loyalty systems solutions will also be introduced here. Both companies – BS/2 and Ashburn International belong to the group of companies Penki Kontinentai.

Last year, 80 companies from 10 countries of the world participated in the international exhibition Kitel.
